Based in Warwickshire, UK, I design and deliver training programmes for a variety of industries, from retail; logistics and facilities management to Not for Profit global NGO’s and Local Authorities. As an Associate, I provide training and facilitation for brands including Vodafone, Tesco Dotcom, DPDHL, Mitie and Oxfam International.

At our initial meeting, we’ll discuss the outcomes you need to achieve; explore the gaps that may exist between where you are now and where you need to be; the issues and challenges your people face and how you want your training programme to look and feel. I’ll spend time within your business understanding the real challenges and strengths that exist so that a truly tailored approach to learning can be crafted for your people that has real meaning for them.

My background
My previous career was in the health and fitness industry. Over 10 years, I progressed from being a fitness instructor to delivering training in sales and customer service at a regional level and finally, to managing my own club through a major refurbishment and takeover. This means you can be confident I have commercial experience.
Me, the person
I do my best to create balance between work and home life! I love eating and drinking with good company and often have my head in a cookery book, planning when I can next have friends and family around the table. I’ve completed the London Marathon, am a fair-weather supporter of Newbold RFC and, of course, I enjoy holidays – both adventures with friends in Amsterdam and Ibiza, or trips to Wales and France with the family with a real love of watching the sun go down.
